He has a rare ability to take complex financial situations and simplify them into clear, actionable strategies that empower clients to make confident decisions.

As Managing Director of Calder Wealth Management, Ben built and led a high-performing advice team known for its integrity and client-first approach. Under his leadership, Calder successfully merged with Coastal Advice Group in 2025, a groundbreaking step that united two leading firms with a shared vision for advice built on ethics, relationships, and lasting impact.

Now serving as Chief Advice Officer and a member of our Board, Ben drives Coastal’s national advice strategy. His leadership ensures our team of advisers is equipped to cut through the noise, focus on what truly matters, and deliver relationship-driven, tailored advice that provides both financial security and peace of mind.

Ben’s leadership style is grounded in ethics, trust, and people instilling a culture where meaningful relationships are at the core of every decision.

Away from the office, Ben is a proud country boy and dedicated father. He finds balance and perspective on his family farm, and when he’s not cheering his kids on at sport, you’ll often find him in the garage or behind the wheel, indulging his passion for rally cars.
