With over 30 years of experience in finance, Michael combines deep expertise with a genuine passion for helping businesses grow and succeed. 

He launched his career with Ernst & Young and PwC before stepping into senior leadership roles across banking, wealth management, and M&A. 

His track record includes high-profile positions such as Head of Corporate Finance at CBA and Head of M&A and Lending at ANZ’s Global Wealth division. Driven by entrepreneurial ambition, Michael went on to establish his own accounting and wealth management firm, growing it to a 60-strong team across three states before successfully leading its sale to one of Europe’s largest funds management businesses seeking to enter the Australian market. 

Michael has since built a reputation as a sought after and trusted outsourced CFO, partnering predominantly with ASX-listed companies to design and implement sustainable finance strategies that align with their long-term vision.
