With over three decades of experience in the financial planning industry, Michelle Peters brings an abundance of knowledge, integrity, and a deep understanding of the advice process to her role as Adviser Support at Coastal Advice Group. Having progressed through a range of positions including Client Service Officer, Paraplanner, Associate Adviser, and Head Associate Adviser, Michelle offers a well-rounded perspective and plays a vital role in supporting both advisers and clients with care and precision. 

Michelle is known for her ethical approach, strong technical capabilities, and consistent focus on client-first outcomes. She is a natural problem-solver and a calm presence who thrives on simplifying complex situations and delivering outstanding service.

As Michelle says, “I enjoy being the bridge between advisers and clients—solving problems, answering questions, and making the advice process seamless. Supporting advisers means supporting clients, and that’s incredibly fulfilling.” 

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys music and dancing, relaxing with her husband Derrick and their Spoodle, Waffles, and spending time with her two daughters, Rochelle and Chantelle. Every weekend, she visits her mum’s aged care facility and takes time to speak with other residents—a small act of kindness that brings her great joy. Michelle is passionate about helping others, particularly the elderly, and is guided by her values of respect, honesty, and compassion in everything she does.
