Melissa O’Reilly

Melissa O’Reilly, affectionately known as Mel, hails from Auburn.

With a career spanning 14 years, Mel has held various roles before finding her calling as an Operations Coordinator at Compass Advice Port Macquarie.  She is driven by her love for numbers and her innate desire to help others. Her career is marked by her commitment to service, constant learning, and the satisfaction derived from assisting clients and colleagues alike.

“My ultimate aspiration is to contribute to making both clients’ and teammates’ lives less stressful and more fulfilling through my work. I’m in my element as a team player; with all of us working together to achieve our common goals.”

Mel absolutely loves hanging out with family and friends, whether it’s going on big adventures or just chilling together. She’s also a total sports enthusiast, you’ll find her always lending a hand to organisations like Tacking Point Surf Life Saving Club, Make A Difference (MAD), and Hastings Valley Netball. Oh, and she’s also the super mum managing her son’s soccer team!

Mel is not just an Operations Coordinator; she’s a compassionate professional dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those around her. Her commitment to service shines through in all she does.

Interesting fact: Melissa spent her formative years living in PNG from ages 1 to 9.
