Kristin Davies brings nearly a decade of experience in financial services to her role as Client Services Specialist at Coastal Advice Group’s Newcastle office. Originally from Southern California, Kristin’s career began unexpectedly when she accepted a receptionist role at a financial advice firm, quickly progressing into more senior positions thanks to her drive, adaptability, and commitment to excellence. Known for her strong organisational skills, reliability, and attention to detail, Kristin takes pride in helping clients feel valued and supported at every stage of their financial journey. 

Kristin is passionate about delivering a high standard of service and creating a smooth, positive experience for clients and advisers alike. Her patience, efficiency, and dedication to getting things right the first time have earned her the respect of both clients and colleagues. As Kristin puts it, “It’s genuinely rewarding to know that clients and advisers can rely on me. Whether it’s a big request or a small one, being able to provide peace of mind and practical help is what I love most about my role.” 

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband Jason. She loves cooking and baking, and while she now calls Newcastle home, her favourite travel destination is always back to California to visit family. Kristin is passionate about showing kindness and compassion to those around her—a personal value that shines through in her professional life every day.
